1、 Product Overview
Microcrystalline bypass flow processor is one of the patented products developed by the company based on the reference of bypass flow processors at home and abroad. The product adopts the principle of low-voltage electric field with superimposed pulses, automatically adjusts the processing signal according to water quality, and only requires side flow processing. Microcrystalline bypass water processors are mainly suitable for central air conditioning cooling (medium) water systems, some industrial cooling circulating water systems, refrigeration circulating water systems, various heat exchange systems and other water systems.
2、 Working principle
After passing through the bypass water processor, the degree of polymerization of water molecules decreases, the structure undergoes deformation, and a series of small elastic changes in physical and chemical properties are produced, such as an increase in puppet pole moment and polarity, thereby increasing the water's hydration ability and scale dissolution ability; Salt ions such as Ca contained in water²⁺、 Mg²⁺Due to the gravitational force of the electric field, the arrangement changes and it is difficult to accumulate towards the wall of the device; Specific energy fields alter CaCO₃The crystallization process inhibits the production of calcite and provides energy for the formation of aragonite crystals; Under the action of an electric field, the processor generates a large number of microcrystals, which can preferentially remove impurities that are prone to scale formation in water, forming loose aragonite that is separated and discharged from the system by auxiliary equipment, thereby achieving the purpose of scale prevention; After treatment, water produces reactive oxygen species. For systems that have already formed scale, reactive oxygen species destroy the electronic binding force between scale molecules, change the crystal structure, and transform hard and old scale into loose and soft scale. As a result, the scale gradually peels off and even becomes fragments and debris, achieving the goal of scale removal.
